These guidelines are intended to provide clarity and make the return and refund process smooth and transparent. Please note that the following policies apply only to customers within the United States.
A. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You are eligible to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be in perfect condition—unused, unworn, with original tags still attached, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required for processing.
B. MISSING YOUR RETURN LABEL?
No problem—our shipments do not include a return label. If you require assistance with your return or exchange, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll walk you through the process.
C. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To begin a return, please email [email protected] with the following:
Your full name and order number
A valid proof of purchase (screenshot or receipt)
A brief explanation for the return
If you’re returning a faulty or damaged item, please include a photo or video to help us process your request faster.
Once we receive and assess your return (typically within 24 hours of arrival at our facility), we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
D. WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size due to our mistake. To request an exchange, email us at [email protected].
E. REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE
If your product is damaged, the wrong size, or not what you ordered, we’ll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the exchange.
– We do not charge return shipping fees for faulty or incorrect items.
F. REFUND TIMELINE
After your return is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be initiated within 14 business days and sent to the original payment method.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to complete the refund process.
G. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
To cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must do so within 12 hours of purchase. After that period, we may be unable to stop processing depending on the order’s status.
Please confirm your delivery address—including house number and street—before finalizing your order. If an incorrect address causes delivery failure, the resulting charges will be the customer’s responsibility. We appreciate your understanding.
